We offer standard shipping with the USPS within the 48 contiguous United States or in-store pickup during normal business hours. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We cannot combine multiple orders. Delivery is typically 2-7 business days depending upon your location. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping during major holidays or unforeseen circumstances, like the weather, may cause an increase in shipping time that is beyond our control. Please contact us if you need a specific shipping estimate for your order. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment results in oversize charges due to large or heavy items. We will contact you if this occurs. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at 229-794-1100 as soon as possible. We strive to process orders quickly. We will do our best to accommodate requested changes, but we cannot make changes to orders once they are completed.
Returns: We have a 30-day return policy on items that you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process. All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor or that appear used, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact us at 229-794-1100 within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. We will not be able to replace, reship, or refund if we are not notified within those first 30 days.
Exceptions: Sale items are final sales and may not be returned. Some items, once assembled, are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All cut fabric products are final sales unless there is a defect in the fabric.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed. It may take approximately 7 business days for your bank/credit account to be credited depending on your bank. Refunds will not be given for initial shipping charges or returned shipping charges. Refunds will not be given for refused or abandoned packages.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
Lost or Damaged Packages: Please note that the USPS allows 7 days before accepting inquires on delayed or missing shipments. Once an inquiry has been filed, we must then allow the postal service an opportunity to investigate and locate any missing or delayed shipments. Due to these timelines, we allow up to 15 business days for resolution before considering reships or refunds. We do not provide replacement packaging for products that are not otherwise damaged.
